  1. Purpose & Scope
This Return Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Service Agreement between [Your Company Name] (“Buyer”) and Shanmukha Agritec Limited (“Seller”). It governs the process for returning, replacing, and refunding products purchased by the Buyer from Shanmukha Agritec Limited via its Website/App.
  1. Definitions
  • Return: The process by which the Buyer returns a purchased product to Shanmukha Agritec Limited due to eligible reasons as outlined below.
  1. Eligibility for Return
  • The Buyer may request a return in the following situations:

  • The item is damaged during shipping.
  • Product(s) are missing from the shipment.

  1. Refunds
  • All approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed with the Buyer, within 5 business days of approval of the return.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to Shanmukha Agritec Limited’s error (defective, damaged, missing, or wrong item), Shanmukha Agritec Limited shall bear all return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to Buyer’s change of mind or error, the Buyer shall bear the return shipping cost.
  1. Documentation and Evidence
  • For claims of damage, defect, or missing items, the Buyer shall provide photographs or other reasonable evidence as requested by Shanmukha Agritec Limited to facilitate processing of the return.
  1. Exceptions and Special Days
